1. Data Controller

2. What Data We Process & Legal Basis

Operational Server Logs (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) Legitimate Interest):
When you load the app, our server counts aggregate page visits, device types (iOS/Android/Mac/Windows), and referrer domains.
To measure daily unique visits without storing personal data, an ephemeral daily rotating hash (
SHA256(Date + IP + Salt)) is used. Raw IP addresses are never permanently stored, and no tracking is possible across days. -
Street Pay Waitlist (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) Consent):
If you voluntarily submit your email to be notified when Street Pay launches, we store your email address in
data/waitlist.jsonexclusively to notify you of this feature launch. Zero marketing spam, zero third-party sharing. - Your Photos: Photonline operates 100% on your device using client-side JavaScript, Canvas, and Web APIs. Your photos never leave your device.
3. Cookies & Tracking
Photonline sets zero cookies. Because we do not store tracking cookies or access your device storage for analytics, no intrusive cookie consent banner is required under the EU ePrivacy Directive.
